  • How Much Contact Will I Have With Taryn?
    Taryn will be providing you with loads of training and nutritional tips throughout your program. She will also be keeping a close eye out on social media for your updates, so do tag her as she would love to see your progress and cheer you on. With any 1 on 1 coaching plans you will have access to Taryn 24/7 via email, DM, and phone number!
  • Do I Need To Join A Gym To Do Taryn’s Fitness Programs?
    Nope! You do not need to join a gym to do Taryn’s fitness programs. The programs do use equipment found at a gym (medicine balls, swiss balls, benches, and dumbbells), however, all the exercises can be modified to be done at home!
  • How Will I Receive The Workouts And/or Nutrition Guide?
    You will receive the workouts and/or nutrition guide in digital format through email. If you purchased the Ab Guide, you will also be added to Taryn’s Secret Instagram group to have access to the workout videos.
  • Will I Need To Buy Fitness Equipment?
    All the workouts can be modified and done without equipment, but equipment is used. Resistance bands, a medicine ball, light/medium dumbbells, and a swiss ball are all used in Taryn’s program.
  • I’m A Beginner, Will This Be Too Hard For Me?"
    Not at all! Taryn’s program will challenge you whether you are a beginner or advanced. Modifications can be put into place as well, which Taryn goes over in her Secret Instagram Group.
  • I’m Struggling To Stay Motivated, Help?"
    Starting a new program can be exciting at first, but we understand that sometimes your motivation wanes after a few weeks, this is why Taryn sends inspirational tips weekly on how to stay focused and achieve your goals. We know you can do this and we’re here to help you every step of the way.

  • I’m Not Losing Weight, What Am I Doing Wrong?"
    Unfortunately, your body isn’t a computer and we don’t have control over when it decides to lose weight or where it loses it from, but if you’re following the exercise and meal plans, your body is definitely changing. Your photos are so important for this reason, you may not feel the changes initially, but you will definitely see them in the first few weeks of starting your new program. We’d also encourage you to avoid the scales because you’re training hard and building muscle, unfortunately, the scales can’t show you your muscle growth and can be discouraging.
  • I Feel Really Good And I Want To Do More, What Can I Do?"
    Your training program is designed for best results so we’d encourage you to follow the program how it’s been written, however if you want to increase your weights to increase the intensity please go ahead.
  • I’m Struggling With A Particular Exercise, Is There An Alternative?"
    Some exercises will be difficult if you’re not used to them, we’d encourage you to try them and ask for assistance if you need it. All the exercises have been placed in the program for a specific benefit, however, if you’re really struggling with an exercise please contact Taryn at taryn@tarynslaterfitness.com and she’ll be happy to give you an alternative.
  • What If I Don’t Have Time To Do All The Training Sessions In The Week?
    We understand life can be busy and you may be struggling to find time to fit in your exercise plan each day, if this is the case we’d encourage you to contact Taryn at taryn@tarynslaterfitness.com so she can offer you some solutions. We don’t recommend you double up your sessions as this could result in injury and fatigue.
  • I’m A Male, Can I Do Taryn’s Programs Too?"
    Absolutely, Taryn’s programs have been designed for both men and women to enjoy, so jump in guys we’d love to have you on the team!
  • Will I Be Able To Calculate My Own Macros?
    Yes! Taryn’s Nutrition Guide explains exactly how to calculate YOUR personal macros. If you need help with this please do not hesitate to reach out to Taryn directly at taryn@tarynslaterfitness.com.
  • Are The Macronutrient Values Given For Cooked Or Raw Food?
    The macronutrient values for the sample meals that appear in your meal plan are measured cooked.
  • Are There Vegetarian, Vegan, Dairy Free Or Gluten Free Options?"
    Taryn’s Nutrition Guide can be catered to any needs. Foods are broken down into categories and since you are able to calculate your own, personal macros, you will know exactly how much Fats, Carbs, and Protein need to be ingested. No matter what type of diet you follow, you can use Taryn’s Nutrition Guide.
  • Can I Drink Coffee?
    Yes you can, but try to drink it without milk or sugar! Do try to limit your beverage consumption to water, no-sugar-added iced tea, black coffee, and other zero-calorie beverages. If you do add milk or sugar, make sure to track it within your allotted macros for that day.
  • How Much Do Taryn’s Programs Cost?
    Taryn’s 1 on 1 coaching varies in price based on your own goals / needs! Pricing starts at $65 and goes up from there
  • What Payment Methods Are There?
    We accept all major credit cards and PayPal.
  • When Will I Receive My Program?
    You will receive your program immediately via email after your payment goes through.
  • What Is Your Return Policy?
    As all of our products are digital they are deemed "used" after download or opening. This unfortunately means we have a strictly no refund policy in regards to dissatisfaction with product. Please contact taryn@tarynslaterfitness to see how we can remedy any problems you may have with this.
  • Is My Personal Information Kept Private?
